At GoGirl Fitness Studio, personal training programs last between 3 to 12 months, or longer, depending on your commitment level. We meet with most clients 2 to 4 times per week and each session lasts about 60 minutes. Our personal training programs include nutritional planning and coaching, resistance and metabolic training, and cardiovascular workouts to complete on your own.
