At GoGirl Fitness Studio, we offer a variety of programs that are designed to fit your needs. Our personal fitness plans are just that: personal. We want to make sure that all of your fitness goals are met. Thus, we have devised various workout strategies- some to stay fit and some to get fit. We take each client into account when we design our workouts to ensure that everyone gets the specific work out they need. GoGirl Fitness Studio Fitness Programs:
Personal 1 x 1 Training
Personal 1X1 Training is for those that want to work with a fitness trainer on an individual basis. This is for those that want the benefit of a trainer that works exclusively with one person at a time. 1X1 training provides you with your own mentor and cheerleader.
Semi Private Personal Training
Semi-Private Personal Training Packages are available for those who want to work in a very small group setting. The maximum number of participants is 5 for that extra personal touch. With semi-private training, you share your personal trainer with a few others.
Group Personal Training
Our Group Fitness Program is designed for those who want to work in a larger group setting. These classes have up to 10 participants and includes both cardio and strength training. If you need that extra push you get from being in a group, this is the program for you!
Group Weight Loss Training
GoGirl Resolve™ sessions are especially designed for those that struggle with obesity. Thus, the sessions take longer to design to ensure that specific needs are met. The only class of its kind! Power sessions feature strength training and Ignite sessions are cardio focused.
Weight Loss Coaching
GoGirl Resolutions™ Weight Loss Coaching is designed to help you learn and maintain healthy eating habits. This is a 1 on 1 session with a trainer to discuss your food regime. We track your body measurements, review weekly progress, and develop a plan for the future.
Training conducted in the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose. You just need video and an internet connection. These sessions are interactive as the trainer can see you as well. This allows for form correction because we are with you every step of the way!
POUND® is the alternative group fitness format inspired by drumming. Set to music, it’s both a cardio and strength class. It’s grueling, but fun. POUND has multiple fitness levels, so anyone can enjoy it. You don’t have to be able to dance to benefit from this program!
