Meet our Head Coach, Sarah Gilbert
I’m Sarah and I have lived in Wilmington 20 years since coming to UNCW! My fitness journey has been woven into my personal and professional life including high school sports, outdoor adventures, personal training and many things in between! I am certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise and have been teaching and training in the fitness and wellness world for six years! I have worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities and enjoy helping people find what they enjoy about fitness and wellness and connecting them to the feeling of fun in the process!
